1 (11 oz) bag tortilla chips
2 cups pulled pork, warmed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream
1 cup pico de gallo
2 Tbs fresh cilantro, chopped
sliced avocado, for serving
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
jalapeno pepper
sliced jalapeños, for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Arrange chips on a large ovenproof serving platter or baking sheet lined with foil.
- Top with pork and cheese.
- Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with sour cream, pico de gallo, cilantro, avocado and jalapeños.
- Drizzle with barbecue sauce before serving.
